1. ORDER PROCESSING

Orders are processed within:

  • Custom Items: [5–21+ business days depending on complexity]

Processing times do NOT include shipping time.


2. SHIPPING METHODS & DELIVERY TIMES

We offer shipping via major carriers (e.g., USPS, UPS, FedEx).

Estimated delivery times:

  • Domestic: 3–7 business days
  • Expedited: 1–3 business days
  • International: 7–21 business days

Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees.


3. SHIPPING COSTS

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Weight
  • Dimensions
  • Destination

4. TRACKING

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS text.

It is the customer’s responsibility to monitor shipment status.


5. LOST, STOLEN, OR DELAYED PACKAGES

Mother Lode Mercantile is not responsible for:

  • Lost or stolen packages marked as delivered
  • Carrier delays
  • Incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer

If an issue occurs:

  • Customer must contact the carrier directly
  • We will assist where possible but are not liable

6. ADDRESS ACCURACY

Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address.

If an order is returned due to incorrect address:

  • Customer is responsible for re-shipping costs

7. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING (IF APPLICABLE)

  • Customers are responsible for:
    • Duties
    • Taxes
    • Customs fees

These are not included in product or shipping costs.


8. SPLIT SHIPMENTS

Orders may arrive in multiple shipments if items are fulfilled from different locations or brands.


9. RISK OF LOSS

All orders become the responsibility of the customer once marked as delivered by the carrier.
